Bike Transport from Gurgaon to Guwahati
Going home to Assam after a few years in Gurugram, joining a posting in Guwahati, or sending your bike ahead for a ride through Meghalaya and Arunachal? This is one of the longer routes we plan from Gurgaon. The bike covers roughly 1,900–1,950 km by road through Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and North Bengal before it enters Assam, and the last stretch passes through the narrow Siliguri corridor, which every truck heading to the Northeast has to use.
That distance changes how the move should be planned. Carriers going all the way to Guwahati are fewer than those going to Kolkata or Lucknow, so a bike can wait a few days for space after it is collected. Monsoon floods in north Bihar, North Bengal and Assam can slow the highway. In Guwahati itself, truck entry into the city is regulated, so the final delivery is usually made by a smaller vehicle within permitted hours. This page explains the charges, the real timeline and the receiving-end details for this route, so you can book with the right expectations.
- Doorstep charges, indicative: about ₹5,900–₹7,800 for a scooter, ₹6,200–₹7,900 for a commuter motorcycle and ₹8,200–₹10,800 for a 350cc-class bike such as a Classic 350 or Himalayan.
- Road transit: about 5–8 working days after the carrier departs. Pickup, dispatch and delivery are separate dates, explained below.
- Delivery coverage: Guwahati city on both banks of the Brahmaputra, including Dispur, Beltola, Jalukbari, Maligaon, North Guwahati and Changsari. Shillong and Upper Assam are quoted as separate legs.
- For an accurate quote: send the exact model and variant, your Gurgaon pickup address, the Guwahati address with pin code and a landmark, where the bike is parked, and the date you need it.

Gurgaon to Guwahati bike transport charges in 2026
The bands below are for one running two-wheeler moving by road from a normally accessible Gurgaon address. They are planning figures to help you budget and to spot a quote that is far out of line. They are not fixed tariffs. Your written quote depends on the exact model, both addresses, access at each end and the scope you choose.
| Bike category and common models | Doorstep Gurgaon to Guwahati address | Gurgaon doorstep, you collect from the carrier's Guwahati unloading point | Road transit after dispatch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scooters Activa, Jupiter, Access, Dio, Fascino, Ntorq |
₹5,900 – ₹7,800 | ₹5,200 – ₹6,900 | About 5–8 working days |
| Commuter motorcycles (100–160cc) Splendor, Shine, Platina, Pulsar 125/150, Raider, FZ, Unicorn |
₹6,200 – ₹7,900 | ₹5,500 – ₹7,000 | About 5–8 working days |
| Sports and naked bikes (160–400cc) Apache RTR 200, Pulsar NS200, MT-15, R15, Duke 200/250/390, Dominar 400 |
₹7,400 – ₹9,400 | ₹6,600 – ₹8,400 | About 5–8 working days |
| 350cc-class and mid-weight Classic 350, Hunter 350, Bullet, Meteor, Himalayan 450, Jawa, Yezdi, Hness |
₹8,200 – ₹10,800 | ₹7,300 – ₹9,700 | About 5–8 working days |
| Electric scooters and motorcycles Ather, Ola S1, TVS iQube, Chetak, Vida |
₹6,400 – ₹8,400, after model check | ₹5,700 – ₹7,500, after model check | About 5–8 working days |
| Large and premium (650cc and above) Interceptor/Continental GT 650, Super Meteor, Ninja, Z900, BMW GS, Triumph, Harley |
₹12,500 – ₹19,000 | Individual quote | About 5–8 working days; crate or dedicated slot assessed |
The self-collection option suits people who are already in Guwahati with a free morning and want to save on the city delivery leg. The unloading point is usually on the edge of the city, on the highway side, and the exact place is confirmed at booking. If you choose it, plan for petrol: the bike may arrive with very little fuel, so know where the nearest pump is before you go.
What the bands include, and what to confirm in writing
Each band assumes doorstep pickup in Gurgaon, packing suited to the bike category, long-haul carriage, and delivery to an accessible address within Guwahati city limits (or, in the third column, handover at the unloading point). Before you confirm, check that your written quote says clearly whether these are included:
- GST, and how it appears on the invoice;
- transit cover: the declared value, the premium and the main exclusions;
- a basement roll-out or extra hands at a Gurgaon society;
- delivery on the north bank (Amingaon, North Guwahati, Changsari) or in outer areas such as Sonapur, Azara or Mirza;
- a delivery to a hillside lane that a loading vehicle cannot climb;
- holding charges if nobody can receive the bike on the planned day;
- a second delivery attempt;
- whether the bike will be transferred to another vehicle on the way, for example at Kolkata or Siliguri, and how that handover is recorded.
Why Guwahati costs more than Kolkata from Gurgaon
Guwahati is about 400–450 km further than Kolkata, but distance is only part of the gap. Fewer carriers run the full Gurgaon–Guwahati lane, so a bike either waits for a vehicle going all the way or is transferred once on the route. Trucks coming back from the Northeast often return with less cargo, which pushes up the cost of the outward trip. The final city leg in Guwahati also needs a separate smaller vehicle in most cases. If you are comparing with our Gurgaon to Kolkata bike transport rates, that is why the Guwahati bands sit roughly ₹1,200–₹2,500 higher for the same bike.
Cross-check a quote against published market ranges
Price guides published in 2025–26 by providers on the Delhi NCR–Guwahati lane mostly put commuter motorcycles somewhere between about ₹4,200 and ₹8,300, and sports or off-road bikes as high as ₹13,000–₹16,000. Most of them promise 4–6 days. Each guide assumes a different scope: some leave out the Guwahati doorstep leg, some leave out cover, and few say when the clock starts. Use these as a sanity check, not as anyone's tariff.
If a doorstep quote for a commuter bike is well under ₹5,000, ask what has been left out: city delivery, packing, cover, or the wait before dispatch. If a quote promises delivery in three or four days from pickup, ask for the expected dispatch date in writing.
How your bike travels from Gurgaon to Guwahati
Carriers choose their own route, halts and transfer points, so treat this as the usual path rather than a fixed itinerary. Most traffic from the NCR to the Northeast joins the East–West Corridor, NH-27, somewhere in Uttar Pradesh and stays on it almost all the way to Guwahati.
- Gurgaon to Lucknow. Out of Gurgaon via the KMP Expressway, then either the Yamuna and Agra–Lucknow expressways or the older highway via Agra and Kanpur.
- Lucknow to Gorakhpur. East on NH-27 past Ayodhya and Basti.
- Across north Bihar. Gopalganj, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and Purnia. This is the stretch most affected by Kosi and Gandak flooding in the monsoon.
- Through North Bengal. Dalkola, Kishanganj and Siliguri. Siliguri sits in the narrow corridor between Nepal and Bangladesh, and all road freight for the Northeast squeezes through here, so congestion and diversions here affect every carrier.
- Into Assam. Past Dhupguri and the Cooch Behar side to Srirampur at the Assam border, then Bongaigaon, the Barpeta and Nalbari belt, and Baihata Chariali.
- Into Guwahati. Over the Saraighat bridges across the Brahmaputra to Jalukbari, which is the main western entry to the city.
What this means for you: the north bank (Amingaon, Changsari, North Guwahati) and the western side of the city (Jalukbari, Maligaon, Garchuk, Lokhra) are reached first. Deliveries to Dispur, GS Road, Beltola or Khanapara need a run across the city, which is where the local entry rules come in.
Pickup, dispatch and delivery: the real timeline for Guwahati
The most common disappointment on this route is assuming the bike leaves Gurgaon on the day it is collected and arrives five days later. On a long lane with fewer carriers, the four dates are usually further apart:
| Stage | What happens | Typical time on this route |
|---|---|---|
| Pickup | The bike is inspected, photographed, packed and collected from your Gurgaon parking. | Day 0 |
| Consolidation | The bike waits at a handover point until a carrier going to Guwahati has space. | Same day to about 3 days; longer around festivals |
| Road transit | The carrier runs from the NCR to Guwahati, sometimes with one transfer on the way. | About 5–8 working days after dispatch |
| Final delivery | The bike is moved to a city vehicle and delivered at an agreed slot when the receiver is available. | Usually within 1–2 days of arrival |
Put together, plan on roughly 7 to 12 days from pickup to delivery in normal conditions. Ask for the expected dispatch date in your quote, not only the transit days.
What usually adds days on this lane
- Monsoon, June to September. Floods and waterlogging in north Bihar, North Bengal and lower Assam can close lanes or force diversions. Keep two or three days of buffer.
- Winter fog, mid-December to January. Dense fog across Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar slows night driving, which is when most long-haul trucks cover distance.
- Festival peaks. Demand rises before Rongali Bihu in mid-April and around Durga Puja, Diwali and Chhath. Drivers also take leave around Chhath, which affects the UP and Bihar stretch.
- Local restrictions in Guwahati. During Durga Puja and some public events, the city tightens goods-vehicle entry further, which can push a delivery by a day.
If you are joining a new job in Guwahati, do not plan your first week around the bike. City buses, app cabs and bike taxis work well enough on GS Road and the main corridors until it arrives.
Delivery areas in Guwahati and what each one changes
Guwahati spreads along both banks of the Brahmaputra and up into the hills around the city. Two addresses 8 km apart can be very different deliveries. Tell us the locality, pin code and a landmark, and we will tell you what the delivery involves.
| Zone | Localities | What to tell us |
|---|---|---|
| Western Guwahati | Jalukbari, Gauhati University area, Maligaon, Pandu, Adabari, Garchuk, Lokhra, Boragaon, Azara (towards the airport) | Closest to the highway entry, usually the simplest delivery. For Azara and Mirza, mention it at the start as they are outside the core city. |
| North bank | Amingaon, North Guwahati (IIT Guwahati), Changsari (AIIMS Guwahati) | On the highway side of Saraighat, so often reached before the city. For a campus, check the gate rules and who can receive the bike inside. |
| Central and old city | Paltan Bazaar, Pan Bazaar, Fancy Bazaar, Uzan Bazaar, Ulubari, Chandmari, Silpukhuri, Zoo Road | Dense markets and narrow lanes with busy daytime traffic. Give the nearest spot where a small vehicle can stop, and a morning or evening slot if possible. |
| GS Road and Dispur belt | Christian Basti, Bhangagarh, Ganeshguri, Dispur, Lachit Nagar, Rukminigaon, Survey, Six Mile, Hatigaon | Many apartment complexes. Ask your building's guard or secretary whether a goods vehicle can enter and when. |
| South-east and the hills | Beltola, Basistha, Khanapara, Jayanagar, Kahilipara, Hengrabari, Narakasur and Nabagraha hill areas | Some hillside lanes are steep and narrow. If a vehicle cannot climb your lane, the bike is handed over at the nearest flat point. |
| East | Narengi, Noonmati, Bamunimaidam, Chandrapur, Sonapur, Jorabat | Narengi has cantonment areas with their own entry rules. Sonapur and Jorabat are further out and priced as such. |
Small details that save a failed delivery
- Write the address the way locals give it. Guwahati addresses often run as house number, bylane number, path name and locality, for example "Bylane 3, Rukminigaon". Add a landmark a driver can ask about: a namghar, a temple, a school or a petrol pump.
- Waterlogging after heavy rain. Low-lying areas such as Anil Nagar, Nabin Nagar and parts of Zoo Road and Rukminigaon can flood after a strong shower. If your area is one of them, keep the delivery slot flexible during the monsoon so the bike is not unloaded into standing water.
- City entry timings. Guwahati Traffic Police regulates when trucks can enter the city at points such as Jalukbari, Six Mile, Lokhra, Garchuk and Narengi, and the timings change during festivals. This is why your bike moves to a smaller city vehicle for the last leg and why delivery is fixed to a slot, not "whenever the truck arrives".
- Name the receiver. If a parent, sibling or friend is receiving the bike, share their name and number at booking and send them the pickup photos in advance so they can compare at delivery.
Delivering beyond Guwahati: Shillong, Upper Assam and other Northeast states
Guwahati is the gateway for most of the Northeast, so many people ask for delivery a little further on. These are quoted as separate legs after the bike reaches Guwahati, because they use a different vehicle and often a hill road.
- Shillong and Meghalaya. Shillong is about 100 km up the hill road via Jorabat and Byrnihat. Ask for this leg at the start so the timing and cost are clear.
- Upper and central Assam. Tezpur, Nagaon, Jorhat, Sivasagar, Dibrugarh and Tinsukia are long legs from Guwahati, some of them as far again as a short intercity move. Silchar and the Barak Valley go through hill sections that are prone to landslides in the rains.
- Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram and Manipur. Visitors to these states generally need an Inner Line Permit. That is a matter for you as a traveller, not for the bike's carriage, but it decides when you can actually ride there. Check the current permit rules for the state you are going to.
For many owners, the practical choice is to take delivery in Guwahati and ride the last stretch themselves, once the bike has been checked over.
Sending your bike to Guwahati for a Northeast ride
A lot of riders from Gurgaon ship their bike to Guwahati, fly in, and start a trip to Meghalaya, Tawang, Ziro or Nagaland from there. It saves four or five days of riding across the plains each way. A few things make this work better:
- Book pickup 12–14 days before your flight. That covers consolidation, transit and a buffer. Do not book your first riding day on the expected arrival date.
- Pick a receiving address that will be open. Many hotels will not sign for a vehicle on your behalf. A friend's address, a workshop you have spoken to, or self-collection at the unloading point are usually more reliable.
- Get the bike ready before pickup, not after. Service it in Gurgaon, check the chain, brake pads and tyres, and carry spares you may need in the hills. After delivery, lube the chain and check tyre pressures before setting off.
- Luggage travels with you, not the bike. Saddlebags, tank bags and riding gear are best carried on your flight. Anything that does travel with the bike must be listed on the condition record.
- Plan the return early. If you want the bike sent back from Guwahati after the trip, ask us at booking whether a return can be arranged for your dates, so you are not looking for a carrier on your last day.
Packing for a long, wet route
The packing goal is the same as on any route: no rubbing on painted parts, protection for levers and mirrors, and a bike that stays upright and stable. On the Guwahati lane, two things need extra attention: the length of the journey and the moisture.
- Pack a dry bike. If it has rained in Gurgaon, the bike is wiped down before wrapping. Wrapping a damp bike in plastic traps water against the metal for a week or more.
- Soft layer first, waterproof layer outside. Foam or sheet padding goes against the tank, panels and fairings, then bubble or corrugated protection on levers, mirrors, indicators and the exhaust, and a stretch-film outer layer to keep out rain and road spray.
- Secure the frame, not the bodywork. Straps should run to the frame, footpeg brackets or swingarm, never across the tank, seat or fairing panels.
- Check rust-prone parts on arrival. After a week in humid conditions, chain, brake discs and chrome can show light surface rust. Usually this wipes off or clears after a few kilometres of riding, but note anything beyond that on the delivery record.
For electric scooters, acceptance and preparation follow the manufacturer's guidance and the carrier's rules for that model. Do not open, remove or drain the battery yourself. For petrol bikes, follow the fuel instruction we give for your booking; plan your last few rides so the tank runs low naturally, and never siphon petrol out in a basement.
Train parcel or road transport to Guwahati
Rail can make sense if you are taking the train yourself and can handle the station work at both ends. Trains to Guwahati leave from New Delhi, Delhi Junction and Anand Vihar Terminal, and end at Guwahati or Kamakhya station. From most of Gurgaon, that means a 35–55 km ride into Delhi with the bike before you even start. Compare the whole job, not the freight figure.
| Task | Road, door to door | Railway parcel or luggage |
|---|---|---|
| Getting the bike moving | Collected from your Gurgaon parking | You ride it to a Delhi station that is currently accepting two-wheelers |
| Fuel | As instructed for your booking | The tank must be empty; ask the parcel office how this is handled |
| Packing | Arranged as part of the booking | Arranged and paid for by you at the station |
| Which train | Not applicable | A parcel booking can travel on a different train and day from you |
| At the Guwahati end | Delivered to your address | You collect it from the parcel office, often at Guwahati station in the busy Paltan Bazaar area, and push or ride it out with no fuel |
| Best suited to | Owners who are not travelling with the bike or cannot spend a day at stations | Owners on the same train with time at both ends |
Not every station or train accepts two-wheelers at every time, and the rules change. Confirm with the parcel office you plan to use before you ride across Delhi to it.
Documents, Assam registration and road tax
Keep three questions separate: what is needed to carry the bike, what you need to ride it in Assam, and what applies if you stay for more than a year.
| Purpose | What is usually needed | Notes for Assam |
|---|---|---|
| Carrying the bike | Copies of the RC, current insurance and the owner's photo ID; an authorisation letter if someone other than the RC owner is sending it | Keep the originals you need for riding. Keep the consignment record until delivery is closed. |
| Riding in Guwahati | Valid RC, insurance, PUC and your driving licence | Check expiry dates before the move. A Haryana number is fine for normal use while you are within the period below. |
| Staying more than 12 months | Under Section 47 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, a vehicle kept in another state for more than 12 months needs a new registration mark in that state, normally with an NOC from the Haryana registering authority | In Guwahati this is handled by the Kamrup Metro DTO (AS-01 series). Check the current registration and road-tax requirements with the Assam transport department before a longer stay. |
| Road tax in Assam | Payable when the bike is registered in Assam | For a vehicle coming from another state, Assam generally works out the tax with depreciation for the bike's age. Confirm the exact amount with the DTO; it varies with the bike's cost and year. |
| Financed bike | The lender's NOC may be needed for re-registration | Tell us at booking if the RC shows hypothecation. |
Selling the bike in Assam is a separate ownership-transfer process. For how we handle the copies you share, see our privacy policy. If you use Aadhaar as ID, a masked copy is usually enough.
Worked example: a hypothetical Gurgaon to Guwahati budget
This is an illustrative planning scenario, not an invoice, a completed move or a customer review. The amounts are examples, not quotes.
Scenario: a Pulsar 150 parked in the first basement of a Sector 82 society in New Gurgaon, going to a rented flat in Beltola. The owner flies to Guwahati three days after pickup and joins work the following Monday. It is August, so monsoon delays are possible.
| Item | Example amount | What would change it |
|---|---|---|
| Doorstep carriage in the commuter band, standard packing | ₹7,100 | Exact model, delivery locality, dates |
| Basement roll-out with an extra person, if quoted as extra | ₹300 | Ramp length, whether loading inside is allowed |
| Transit cover on a declared value of ₹70,000 (example) | ₹650 | The policy, declared value and exclusions |
| GST | As shown on the invoice | Check how your quote shows it |
| Holding for two days if the flat is not ready (example ₹150 a day) | ₹300, or ₹0 if avoided | Naming a receiver, or timing pickup later |
| Cabs and bike taxis for the first week in Guwahati (example ₹250 a day) | ₹1,250 | Distance to office, whether delivery comes early in the window |
Here the provider's charges come to about ₹8,050 plus GST, or ₹8,350 if holding is needed. With the first week's commute added, the owner's real budget is close to ₹9,300–₹9,600 plus GST. On a route this long, the timing decisions matter as much as the gap between two quotes.
Pickup in Gurgaon: what we need to know
Pickup is the same as for any route from Gurgaon. We collect from DLF phases, Golf Course Road and Extension, Sohna Road, Sushant Lok, South City, Palam Vihar, the older sectors, New Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway sectors, Udyog Vihar and IMT Manesar. Tell us the basement level, whether an outside vehicle can enter, where it may stop, and who will hand over the keys. Arrange the gate pass or MyGate approval a day before.
For society basements, office parking at Cyber City and other address types, the pickup access worksheet on our Gurgaon bike transport page lists every question that affects the price or the slot.
Condition record at both ends
- At pickup, photograph all four sides, the tank, mirrors and the odometer, and take a one-minute walk-around video.
- Make sure existing scratches are written on the record, not only photographed. Note the number of keys and any removed parts such as mirrors or a top box.
- At delivery in Guwahati, unwrap the bike with the delivery person present and in good light. Compare it with the pickup photos and check the odometer, levers, lights, tyres, chain and discs.
- Write any problem on the delivery record before signing and keep a copy. A "received in good condition" signature weakens any claim later.
Before you book: a quick checklist for this route
- Have you given the exact model and variant, not just "Royal Enfield" or "KTM"?
- Does the quote say doorstep in Guwahati or collection from an unloading point?
- Is the expected dispatch date written down, along with the transit days?
- Will the bike be transferred on the way, and is that handover recorded?
- Is your delivery address north bank, central, hillside or outer area, and has that been priced?
- Who receives the bike if you are still travelling, and do they have the pickup photos?
- Are cover, GST, holding and redelivery charges shown separately?
- If you are moving in the monsoon or around Bihu, Puja or Chhath, have you kept a buffer?
The general booking framework is on our terms and conditions page; your written confirmation states the specifics for your move. BikeShift Gurgaon does not claim IBA approval. If any provider mentions a certification or approval, ask for something you can verify.
Frequently asked questions: bike transport from Gurgaon to Guwahati
How much does bike transport from Gurgaon to Guwahati cost?
Our indicative doorstep bands for 2026 are about ₹5,900–₹7,800 for a scooter, ₹6,200–₹7,900 for a commuter motorcycle, ₹7,400–₹9,400 for 160–400cc sports and naked bikes, ₹8,200–₹10,800 for 350cc-class bikes such as the Classic 350 or Himalayan, and ₹12,500–₹19,000 for 650cc and larger bikes. Collecting the bike yourself from the carrier's unloading point in Guwahati costs a little less. The final figure depends on the exact model, both addresses, access at each end, cover and dates.
How many days does it take to send a bike from Gurgaon to Guwahati?
Road transit is about 5 to 8 working days after the carrier departs. A bike can also wait up to about three days after pickup for a carrier with space on this lane, and the final city delivery is booked as a slot. In normal conditions, plan on roughly 7 to 12 days from pickup to delivery, with extra buffer in the monsoon, in winter fog and around festivals.
Why do some companies promise delivery in 4 days?
Often they are counting from dispatch, not from pickup, or quoting the best case for a truck that leaves the same day. Ask for the expected dispatch date and the delivery window in writing. A realistic quote for this distance includes some waiting time.
Do you deliver to North Guwahati, IIT Guwahati, Changsari or Amingaon?
Yes. The north bank is on the highway side of the Saraighat bridges, so it is often reached before the main city. For a campus such as IIT Guwahati or AIIMS Guwahati, check the gate rules and name a person who can receive the bike, and tell us at the quote stage so the address is priced correctly.
Can the bike be delivered to Shillong, Jorhat, Dibrugarh or another Northeast city?
These are quoted as separate legs after Guwahati, because they use a different vehicle and often a hill road. Shillong is about 100 km from Guwahati. Upper Assam towns and Silchar are much longer legs. Many owners take delivery in Guwahati and ride on themselves after checking the bike.
Is a train parcel cheaper than road transport from Gurgaon to Guwahati?
The railway freight on its own can be lower, but it covers only station to station. You still have to ride the bike 35 to 55 km into Delhi to a station that is accepting two-wheelers, pay for packing there, empty the tank, and collect the bike from the parcel office in Guwahati. A parcel booking may also travel on a different train from you. Compare the full door-to-door cost and the time you will spend.
Can I ride my Haryana-registered bike in Guwahati?
Yes, for normal use with a valid RC, insurance, PUC and driving licence. Under Section 47 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, if the bike stays in Assam for more than 12 months you should apply for a new registration mark there, normally with an NOC from the Haryana registering authority. In Guwahati that is handled by the Kamrup Metro DTO.
Do I need an NOC just to transport the bike to Assam?
An NOC is not usually needed only to carry the bike. Keep copies of the RC, insurance and the owner's ID ready, plus an authorisation letter if someone else is sending it. The NOC becomes relevant when you re-register the bike in Assam or if the bike is financed.
How much road tax will I pay if I re-register the bike in Assam?
It depends on the bike's original cost and age. For vehicles coming from another state, Assam generally calculates the tax after depreciation for the years already used. Confirm the exact figure with the DTO or on the Parivahan portal before you apply.
Is it safe to send a bike to Guwahati during the monsoon?
Yes, with the right expectations. Floods in north Bihar, North Bengal and lower Assam can delay the truck, so keep two or three extra days in your plan. The bike should be packed dry with a waterproof outer layer. If your Guwahati area gets waterlogged after heavy rain, keep the delivery slot flexible so the bike is not unloaded into standing water.
I am flying to Guwahati for a Northeast ride. How early should I send the bike?
Book pickup about 12 to 14 days before your flight and do not plan your first riding day on the expected delivery date. Service the bike before pickup, carry your riding gear on the flight, and choose a receiving address that will definitely be open. If you want the bike sent back after the trip, ask about the return at the time of booking.
Can someone else receive my bike in Guwahati?
Yes, if you name them at booking with their phone number. Share the pickup photos and condition record with them so they can compare the bike at delivery, and ask them to note any problem on the delivery record before signing.
Do you transport electric scooters to Guwahati?
EVs are accepted after checking the exact make, model and variant against the manufacturer's guidance and the carrier's rules. Tell us whether the battery is fixed or removable and mention any warning lights, swelling or water exposure. Do not open, remove or drain the battery yourself, and list the charger separately if it is travelling.
Is transit insurance included in the Gurgaon to Guwahati quote?
Do not assume it is. Your written quote should state whether transit cover is included, the declared value, the premium and the main exclusions. Your own motor policy may not cover the bike while it is carried as goods. On a week-long route, it is worth taking cover at a realistic declared value.
